- We understand some plans may not cover Chiropractic Services. We have out of pocket payment options to help.
Some plans may have a different name but run through one of the panels we are on. If you are uncertain, please call our office, and we will gladly check insurance benefits on your behalf. When calling, please be prepared with your group number, identification number, and date of birth. Injured in a Car Crash?
If you are hurt in a car crash, you may be able to get treatment covered by your auto insurance claim. We will bill your auto insurance. In the state of Oregon, auto insurance policies carry $15,000.00 of medical coverage or Personal Injury Protection (PIP). As long as you have auto insurance, your treatment could be covered at no cost to you.
On the job injury?
No problem, we will gladly bill Workman’s Compensation on your behalf.
