After my first visit with Dr. Brokaw my headache was gone, my continuous pain was much better, and by my 2nd visit my mobility had greatly improved. Dr. Brokaw set up a action plan for me so I could get on my way back to my normal daily activities. I would recommend ReNu to everyone. It's not just an adjustments. They really work with you every visit. Started me with a tens unit, heat packs, laser therapy, stretching your body, massage, adjustments and a doctor visit. They also offer physical therapy and have a massage recliner chair for me to sit in, in between appts. All of the staff members always go above and beyond for every patient at both locations. They're super professional, friendly, and call you by your name when you walk in every time. All staff conversates with you to see how your feeling. See if there is anything else they can do for. They are very helpful in getting you back to your normal everyday routine as fast as they can at your pace. I am very happy I heard about ReNu. I totally recommend them to you. They are great with all ages, all levels, and can help you improve your life in a short period of time. Dr. Brokaw is awesome. The massage staff is very knowledgeable, they know what areas to work without even telling them. They relieved pain, pressure, soreness, knots on the whole body, and the massage is a full hour. Unlike some places there hour is really 40mins so you come out completely relaxed. When your done they have water waiting to hand you. The front staff are great, so patient, caring, helpful getting you set up and started on the check in process. They are very busy, but you wouldn't know it by their positive attitudes. Even though they each have a unique approach to care, it's clear there is great communication and a shared philosophy for the way they treat their patients. This office is such a welcoming environment and I love that I'm always greeted by first name when I come to my appointments.
