Dr. Haylie grew up in Forest Grove, Oregon. She is a graduate of the 2015 class from Gaston High School where she played varsity volleyball, basketball, and softball. She continued her athletic career at Pacific University before suffering a rotator cuff injury that led her away from playing sports, and furthered her interest in sports medicine as a career. During her road to recovery she spent several hours in chiropractic and physical therapy clinics, and as a result, decided to focus her studies on chiropractic medicine.
After splitting time between Pacific University and Oregon State University, she came back home to graduate from Pacific University in 2015, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. She continued her studies at the University of Western States, earning her concurrent degrees as a Doctor of Chiropractic, and her second Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology.
Dr. Haylie has chosen to pursue her career as a Doctor of Chiropractic near her hometown in order to give back to her community that has supported her throughout both her hardships and successes. Chiropractic medicine is used both as preventative care, and to promote whole health and spinal wellness for those in search of pain reduction for a plethora of spinal conditions.
In her free time, Dr. Haylie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, playing video games, reading, and weightlifting/working out.
