Dr. Duy Bui
Dr. Bui is a Portland, Oregon native. A graduate of Parkrose High School, where he played varsity tennis. He then continued his education in Corvallis at Oregon State University, where he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Sports Science and Physical Therapy.
Following completion of his degree at OSU, Dr. Bui then moved back to Portland, Oregon, to complete his studies at the University of Western States, earning both his Doctor of Chiropractic and a second Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology. It was during his time at UWS that he learned the difference that chiropractic care made in his patient’s lives. He also gained an appreciation for the importance of public health and the chiropractor’s role in educating their patients on health issues and improving the health of the communities they practice in.
Dr. Rose Han
Dr. Han is a recent graduate of University of Western States and board certified chiropractic physician. She is originally from Dallas, Texas, but moved to Aloha, Oregon when she was 5 years old.
Dr. Han is a graduate of the 2004 class from Aloha High School. During her high school years, Dr. Han developed a strong work ethic by tutoring children in after-school programs.
Dr. Han received a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences at Oregon State University. During this time she was working at a chiropractic office, which fostered her knowledge and passion for chiropractic care. It was then that she decided to become a chiropractor and began her studies at the University of Western States. Upon completion of the Doctor of Chiropractic program, she came to work at TV Highway Chiropractic to serve the community that she grew up in.
Dr. Michael Nguyen
Dr. Michael grew up being very active with sports and outdoor events. Unfortunately, at the age of 20, he was involved in a tragic car crash that left him with constant back pain. His condition prevented him from playing sports, and made all aspects of his daily life unbearable. Through a referral from a friend, he was able to seek treatment with a chiropractor and experienced tremendous relief in lower back pain through chiropractic adjustments. This life changing experience set him on a path to pursue chiropractic as a passion. Dr. Michael is continually improving his own quality of life through chiropractic, nutrition, and exercise. He understands how debilitating and frustrating lower back pain can be and he believes that at any stage you are in life, that there is room to improve your quality of living.
Dr. Michael Nguyen grew up in Beaverton, Oregon. His education path took him from Westview High to Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) and then on to University of Western States to obtain his doctorate. His care policy has always been to put the patient’s lifestyle goals first.
Outside of the office Dr. Michael is an avid fly fisherman. When he’s not on the river chasing fish, he is exploring the Portland food scene and staying active.
Dr. Andi Brokaw - Chiropractor
Born and raised in Hillsboro Oregon, Dr. Brokaw always felt at home on the sports field. She attended Century High School where she played soccer and lacrosse, as well as played in the marching band.
Dr. Brokaw attended Oregon State University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. During her time at OSU, Dr. Brokaw continued playing lacrosse but started to find herself struggling to keep up at practice due to back and knee pain. Upon discovering chiropractic care for the first time, she was able to return to her active lifestyle and gained a new passion for the hands on nature of chiropractic care.
Oregon State also offered her the opportunity to grow her love for physical activity and teaching through volunteering with IMPACT, a physical activity program for children and young adults with disabilities. It was here that she gained a strong understanding of the importance of leading an active life for people of all ages and abilities.
Having found an interest in chiropractic care and a passion to help others lead active and fulfilling lives, she decided to continue her education at University of Western States. She graduated from UWS with a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology in addition to her Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.
In her free time Dr. Brokaw enjoys spending time outdoors and playing board games with her family. Some of her favorite things include hiking, mountain biking and working on her Jeep.
Nico Pascua - Care Coordinator
Nico was born on a hot summer day in the Phillipines. Growing up, she spent a lot of time in the hospital due to bone cancer. She remembers it being a difficult time that was immersed in a lot of family, doctors, and prayers, which she attributes to her recovery.
When she was 7, she and her her family moved to Hawaii to start a new life. It is there that she later had a daughter, Desiny Mei and worked at Queen’s Medical Center to fulfill her passion of taking care of people.
In 2014, she and her daughter moved to Oregon, where she started working with TV Highway Chiropractic.
Her favorite things about Oregon is the food. She loves to eat, clean, shop, and play Pokemon Go (very addicting!).
The one thing she dislikes about Oregon is the cold. It makes her miss Hawaii and her parents back at “Home”.
Shawnda Wills, LMT - Massage Therapist
Shawnda’s passion is the need to help people, which prompted her career in Massage Therapy right after high school. She graduated from Blue Cliff College of Therapeutic Massage (Gulfport, MS) in 2002 with hundreds of hours of training. She has 16 years of experience and is Nationally Certified through NCBTMB.
Shawnda likes to incorporate relaxation massage in with myofacial release, deep tissue work and trigger point therapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from every day use or injuries and overuse. At the end of the day she finds much fulfillment in knowing she has made a difference helping our patients feel better and get back to their every day lives.
When not massaging, her hobbies involve fishing, camping, and traveling.
Andrew Schellhaas, LMT/CPT - Massage Therapist - Certified Personal Trainer
Growing up in the Portland area, Andrew has always been actively involved with sports. He was a business major at Portland State University when he had an injury that left him wanting to pursue how to care for, progress, and prevent further injuries. This led him to graduating Oregon State University with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, then pursuing a certificate of Massage Therapy from East West College of the Healing Arts.
Andrew also has a Certification of Personal Training from the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers, along with other exercise and performance related certifications. He likes to combine his passion for exercise with his knowledge of massage to best suit each patient.
In his free time, Andrew likes to spend time playing sports (basketball and lacrosse), being outdoors with his fiance, taking continuing education courses, and traveling to Bend, OR to go hiking.
Denise Garcia, LMT - Massage Therapist
Denise has been a licensed massage therapist since 2014. Denise loves the outdoors, enjoys hiking and likes adventure. She loves to experience different cultures and to try out new varieties of food.
She ensures that her patients feel comfortable, relaxed and overall, has a very caring and loving personality.
She provides her patients with information regarding home care treatments, making sure that they are well-rested and hydrated after their appointment.
